Our technology  is not officially released to run on VMs as CCS cannot guarantee error-free and non-obstructive operation of its software on VM technology.

VM technology shows too many different types and technical options to be entirely tested and released for a productive environment. Thus, CCS cannot recommend installing docWORKS or docWORKS[e] on VMs. If this is however the desire of our customer, the customer must note that operations of our technoogy on VM are on their own authority and CCS reserves the right to refrain supporting operation problems obviously caused by VM environment.
